CapyDoku Privacy Policy

CapyDoku (the game) is made by Hidden Hitbox Studios (we, us). This policy explains what information the game uses and who sees it.
Information that stays on your device
The game saves your progress, settings, records and coins on your device. We do not receive this information. It is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Information we collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location or contact details. The game needs no account, and we do not run servers that store player data.
Google Play Games (optional)
If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, the game sends your leaderboard scores (highest level, stars, daily streak and daily solve time) to Google Play Games Services, together with your Play Games player name and ID, so that leaderboards can be shown. Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy. You can sign out, or delete your Play Games data, in your Google Play Games settings.
Advertising
CapyDoku is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: optional videos you choose to watch for a hint or coins, and occasional full-screen ads between levels. Google AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising ID, IP address, and device and app information to show ads, measure how they perform and prevent fraud. Where required (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) the game asks for your consent with Google’s consent form before ads are requested. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings. More information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
In-app purchase
The game offers one optional purchase, Remove ads, which turns off the full-screen ads. Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details; Google Play only tells the game whether the purchase was made.
Children
CapyDoku is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with Google, as described above, to run ads, leaderboards and purchases.
Your choices
You can decline ad personalisation, sign out of Google Play Games, delete Play Games data, or uninstall the game at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
